What everyone asks before subscribing.

Which stores can Onyx import from?

Shopify, Mercado Livre, Amazon and AliExpress. Shopify and Mercado Livre have public APIs and are the most reliable. On Amazon and AliExpress the read goes through the affiliate API with your own credentials — Onyx does not scrape their HTML, which breaks their terms and falls apart at every layout change.

What if the import fails?

Onyx opens a ready-made form with the page fields: title, price, photos and specs. You fill it in about a minute and carry on to publishing. The page never stalls because of an import.

Is the copy written by AI?

The copy is generated from the listing's own title, specs and reviews, and you edit all of it. Onyx never invents certifications, regulator seals or health claims.

What happens if the price changes at the source?

The page updates itself and you get an email. If the product goes offline, the page is flagged as source unavailable and Onyx tells you, rather than leaving a wrong price live.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, from the Pro plan up. Point the domain at Onyx and the HTTPS certificate is issued automatically.

Is the checkout Onyx's?

No. The page sends people to your checkout or your affiliate link. The money goes straight to you.
